My broker is Carlos DeLaFuente -- he is simply the best broker I have ever worked with -- he brokered my latest home purchase and has twice re-financed it over the years. In today's very cautious real estate funding market there are now some many trip-hazards and hoops to jump through (especially with the VA), but having Carlos as your broker-navigator means that you have avoid many of them or at the very least he will guild you through them -- or in my case he called the third party, appealed to them, and had the issue rightfully waived. This is why Carlos will remain my go-to broker. Note to veterans: Carlos knows how to deal with VA loans and will find you the best deal -- he is simply a top-knotch professional -- best broker seen to date!
