I’ve had the pleasure of working as a Sr Loan Officer with Van Patten mortgage group for over 20 years. The owners,management and processors are amazing and always available to help if needed. The training I received when I was new to the industry, enabled me to be more knowledeable, more confident and close way more loans than loan officers at other companies that had many years in the industry. I love the fact that you are not micro-managed but always fully supported. The people and work environment is like having a big family that have fun together, help each other and are always wanting you to excel and be successful. I have been able to grow long term relationships with clients, real estate agents and real estate brokers, who would never go anywhere else because they know and trust myself and Van Patten Mortgage to always know the latest loan programs, get the best in service and to close loans quickly for them. I will be here until I retire for sure. =)

I have been working with The Van Patten Mortgage Group for 6 months now and have grown/learned so much. I came into this line of work with no experience and Eric, Kevin, and Keaton helped me deepen my knowledge and understanding of mortgage lending laws and regulations as well as better my skillsets when working with potential/current clients. The environment working in office is calm and everyone has good vibes. Everyone there is a wealth of knowledge and is the reason they’ve been able to stand strong in business regardless of the state of the economy since 1991.
